Shipping cost: USD14 per order For privacy, all parcels will be unmarked and in standard protective padded bags. Shipping cost: USD34 per order Your parcel has a tracking number with which you can observe your package progress on the internet. EMS parcels can be sent to most countries around the world except Germany, Sweden, Norway, Indonesia and South Africa. We do not offer express delivery of your orders to the named destinations; please choose registered air mail instead. When choosing the right shipping option for you, please be aware that it takes longer to receive parcels sent by registered mail but it usually clears customs faster and with fewer problems. We recommend shipping your order via registered mail. Parcels sent via express mail will more likely be searched and therefore held up in customs. Virtually all International delivery problems are due to delays in Customs. They may fail to notify you of the package arrival. If a package is overdue it is often sitting in Customs awaiting a signature or payment of duty. Please contact your customs office if your package is overdue.
